Additional Information: i wanted a full mail access acc for expressvpn where i can sign in both pc and phone and i can change my email address without having any 2fa or verification issue. He gave me only login which only can be login with phone and i can't change anything. and that cant be accessible from pc. When i said give me refund or give me full mail access else i will take open a dispute he blocked me and deleted all the chat.
