Additional Information: Bought a revolut account from this seller on 9 june, according to him all of his accounts are verified by real persons. Few days later the acount got restricted. I would've accepted this closuree granted this was the result of my actions or even some random ban BUT upon contacting revolut, they said the account was restricted due to the account being REPORTED as lost/stolen. They wanted me to verify the real ownership of the account, this was due to the concerns that the real owner reported.  Now there are only two possibilities for this to have happened. Either the seller sold me a hacked account or his worker/person who verified this account tried to retrieve it back after selling it to me. Either way this is seller's responsibility since he works for him. The seller tried to get in touch with his worker but couldn't.  You can't just sell an account and then try to retrieve it few days later.

Initially i asked for a replacement, but the seller do not have any stock, he offered me EU wise tho which i declined because i specifically wanted revolut. Therefore i would like the seller to provide me with a refund

Oh and clown isn't responding for some reason, all this conversation happened with his "support".

While we maintain that the reported loss of the account is not our store's fault, anyone can report with basic information like revolut tag, revolut iban, and revolut will be forced to ask for extra pictures to make thing clear we have no hand in this and there is no evidence done by our people.
Since your account sold 16/18 days ago and done +2.5k$ transaction anyone can r report through those transaction (senders or any third-party)
There is 0 evidence that the report was done by our part if the report done by our people they simply get the account back not reporting it.

Revolut has clearly specified that the account was restricted due to the device being reported as LOST/STOLEN. This can only be done by the real owner who's identity was used to verify this account

That's can't be true anyone knows any basic information about your revolut can email them and they will be forced to investigate.

Also there is no evidence because if the real owner reported the account simply he can take it away from you by providing the selfie with paper revolut asking for and you will loss access.

They do have a team specifically take those cases after you provide any information they will force reverify the account, also I will repeat there is no evidence and if the people who made account reporting it as you said they will recover it long time ago instead reporting.
I see no evidence and no point opening this report.

The ss you provided is a different case, it won't limit the real owner's account nor will it ask them to reverify their account.

Secondly its not possible someone one "random" reported the account because there are ONLY 4 transactions for gods sake! (two from the same person) all of which were done by people i know. There are no sketchy transactions/no illegal activity/ nothing suspecious. you just have a baseless claim, nothing else

Thirdly and yet again the fact that they clearly stated "lost/stolen device that YOU reported", they haven't said "that someone else reported" means it wasn't done by some third party. It was done by the person whose identity was used to verify this account i.e your worker

Forthly the fact that you can't even get in touch with your drop. It raises even more suspicion

No clearly everyone can report your revolut profile as stolen/device or hacked and they send the same message sent to you, I already sent the same thing after talking with revolut that means there is 0 evidence just stories that someone reporting and blaming me here.
Basically meaningless report everyone can done and anyone can done in revolut.
Note: IF THE REAL GUY WHO MADE REVOLUT REPORTED IT HE WILL SIMPLY GET THE ACCOUNT BACK AND YOU WILL GET FORCED TO LOG OUT.
so in this case stop saying " the report done by my side cuz everyone can report you you are using account for long time and I am not responsible for any report or transactions done inside your account""

Secondly you won't be forced logged out, if the real owner tried to create account on the same identity. first this one will be close

He sold me account then tried to recover it by contacting revolut saying the device is stolen. Now he's just shooting arrows in the dark, hoping something would stick

Oh and the most IMPORTANT thing there are only 4 incoming Transactions from people i have know irl and always been dealing with them, its not like there were hundred or thousand of transactions. its not possible some "random" guy reported the account like you said.

The ss clearly shows that revolut can report any profile and ask for extra doc after the report done I clearly don't want to report any account so just ss the processing of how revolut have the report and I proved my point here.
Also I will repeat again there is 0 evidence that the report done by our store since anyone can report.
And also I am not responsible for your transaction inside the account it can be anyone you know reported you as stolen/hacked after that rev will comes ask questions it might be one of your transaction buddy or anyone.
Cuz if the owner he will clearly contact the revolut and will provide the necessary documents to get the account back instead reporting lol.

Note : that everyone can know your account tag, or iban he can simply report even if it's not the actual owner of the account and with a basic SEs he will get you in trouble.
