this customer who opened scam report just does not know how to have patience and think that everything is with him wants and things do not work so I warned that I would be ofline on Christmas days that was on 23 / 24 / 25 and that would not deal with any order on those days and that on 26 back to active but this customer apparently can not read what is a little sad and only knows insult and does not know how to have a decent conversation in a professional manner

I told him to be patient and told him to send me the OTP codes because without these codes I had no access to the account to continue its creation. The account is still here created and open waiting for this same client decides to send me the OTP codes for me to proceed I think this is a bit unfair since he has no patience and has an incredible lack of respect.

I don't know how to read the rules of my store and he thinks I have to give him a refund for an account he bought that he doesn't even know the terms of. 

I do not give refunds on bank accounts because it is something that I buy documents and buy the rest of the tools to work and create the account and I can not ask for refund of these things and he does not understand that.

There is no need to wait from December 21st to 27th with nothing delivered. The code was sent, it's a fixed number and I can send as many codes as needed - but the code was sent and you simply fucked off without saying anything.

Then later, your partner asks random stupid questions and you just keep wasting my time. You also banned me from your channel, without anything delivered, therefore I cannot receive anything from you nor do I want it, so yes you should be banned since you are scamming and didn't send a refund while failing to provide any kind of legitimate service.
