Additional Information:
I told him to develop shop script, I sent him $300, and when it's done, I'll pay $400 (total $700), and he made an appointment with me for 1 week. And now it's been almost 20 days and he still hasn't done anything
Damn, I don't understand how his service survives now
I don't feel bad about losing $300, I just hate the way he wastes my time and treats customers like games
