Additional Information: I bought an account from his website, but the payment got 'Underpayed'. I contacted him on mail to get a refund, because I didn't want the account anymore. Then he started to say that got a new shop and he doesn't have access to the payment. But the link from the thread still working, same as the website. I talk with him on email, but after few days, he doesn't answer anymore.. even tho the payment was complete from the start. Everything it's on screenshots.
