Also, I'd like to point out that he was willing to share his order ID and his login details to the whole forum, when he knows that's what we use for verification purposes, using the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/r4vg0j
However, I give him the benefit of the doubt, and I won't question his purchase. As long as he's able to give the proof we need (RDP IP), he will (and would have always gotten) get his HWID reset.

As darkness stated Order-ID and email is enough to prove he purchased it.
Afaik your team did the same shit with me when i tried to reset my hwid.
Fix it through those details and if not possible refund his payment.
Stop being so paranoid regarding your product.
Regarding me being paranoid, we (all our staff team) were trained to detect resellers and possible SE'rs, and this request of proof is to insure that the user making this report wasn't one.
Nonetheless, to avoid this issue from escalating, I have reset his HWID (https://gyazo.com/b265d06ded77d04b0c5573ab5c7f6a2e), and I would therefore consider this report closed.
