Additional Information: I ordered a Coding service on his discord and got a product that doesn't fit the requirements i gave them at all and he is now refusing to refund.

Hello, Apollo is away and I will reply for him as I am a owner of the service.

The main issue is that the developer already sent the work that he did to the client.
I'd be comfortable refunding you half of the $400 seeing that he did complete the actual frontend design and it was sent to your pms.
If an admin would like to be added to the discord ticket I will more then happily add them to the ticket.

Let me know either here or ping me in the discord ticket and I will reply when I can.
