Additional Information: So I contacted this guy on May 29, telling him I needed a combo, private and everything but I don't want to get my time wasted, that's the first thing I said in my first message, we found a deal, he sent me the address, I sent him the money and was waiting for my combo, he told me he'll be back after an hour because he's in the gym, after almost 4 hours, I sent him a message like where is my combo, he said he'll be back home in an hour "sorry for the delay", waited 2 hours, and re sent a message, completely ignored me I said maybe he's having some issues, slept after 9 hours no response, sent another message, got ignored, sent another after 6 hours, responded saying "I'm here now", then got back to ignoring me, 5 hours later sent another message to him, he responded with "my build is broken", told him I need my money, or my combo, ure wasting alot of my time, got ignored again, re sent him a message after 2 hours, got ignored, another 2 hours another message, he said "I receive blue screen" and "I'm gonna give you extra", I told him to refund me, he said "everything in my pc, lines, accounts, wallet ,everything" with that being said remember how he was in the "gym" how did he receive the money if the wallet in his pc, spammed him with messages, "did you fix your pc yet?" "where are you"? didn't respond at all, checking his cracked.to profile, my guy is bumping his threads EVERYDAY, made a fake Telegram account messaged him telling him I wanted to buy the cloud, he sent the address and everything and I asked him if he will add me instantly to the cloud and are the combos updated "he said instantly after 1 confirmation I add you, and the combos are uploaded EVERYDAY", I went on my real Telegram and sent him the screenshot told him he's taking orders from other people etc, this time he responded instantly, well now he said tonight i'll be sending all, and installing new windows, asked me for the config to check cz he "lost all configs and checkers" sent me 1 hit out of whole combo and said "So you see now im not scammer, So let me focus, I do your job without any windows drivers", this was on June 2 told him okay, got back after 8 whole hours, sent him a message, ignored and till now he isn't responding to none of my texts, went on the fake Telegram account and found that he's deleted all of the conversation, any screenshots I'll provide even the fake Telegram one's, I've screenshotted everything.
