Ok so I might as well join in if I can. On 16th of January there was a new channel in the CrossPower server (I had been there for some time before). It was to my understanding Benny selling Fitbit watches, but CrossPower was also there and bragging about the service saying he has and is also SEing the watches with screenshots of confirms. At the time there was only CrossPower and Benny on the server so he was some co-owner? Which CrossPower is denying. Also bragging about the Fitbit mentorship. I placed an order for an Fitbit sense for 50 euros. 2 days later CrossPower is saying that Benny exited, I pinged him in ticket and he told me he will be doing the tickets but will take time. So I think I pinged him twice more till on 9th February my ticket was deleted. I contacted him in DMs and he told me it wasn't him that deleted the ticket. The same day there was a new TOS channel stating that CrossPower isn't responsible for sellers scamming. This is 3 weeks after Benny "exited" (For all I know could've been him) and in DMs he's saying he added that TOS because of Benny. Nice excuse but it's 3 weeks late. And now he's saying he's not responsible no more. I'll try and add some screenshots.

I know I'm not involved in this but @CrossPower tried to scam me the same way OP got scammed, unfortunately, he deleted everything in discord here is my story with this scammer @CrossPower

@CrossPower is a sketchy scammer. He uses this method to scam people. He owns a discord marketplace server, then he makes a new account to scam people on his serve and promote his new accounts in his server to scam people, he tried to scam me the same way OP got scammed, but luckily he refunded me, I hope he gets banned this moron.

Would you like me to show everyone the multiple screen shots of you being retarded and admitting it was your fault that the proxies weren't working due to your own issues you created? Because we clearly didn't scam you in any way shape or form, it is YOUR fault the proxies weren't working, we NEVER unbinded your ip!

I know that benny guy, crosspower owns the marketplace, but isnt responsible for anything, The Sellers and Admins need to take care of the customers, Crosspower steps in if theres something going wrong

Crosspower didnt scam you, Benny did

The Marketplace is public, anyone can start selling

There are TOS, "- We will always accept middleman "
If you got scammed, its your fault tbh, always use MM i cant say it enough, always use MM and you are safe

He wasnt co owner of the server. He was a seller. There is currently 5 people that sells SE'D items, and my server is just like a marketplace.
Yes I said I would do orders first, just as a kind thing, but im not very good at it. And I dont have time for it. You got scammed by BENNY not me.
