So... I found Cuando initially on Nulled. The reason why I am making a scam report on Cracked is because he uses Cracked more and I can fall back on his threads here for proof or example. I was PayPal holding for Cuando for some time. This meant that I would receive funds from his shop and then I would pay him X % every day and would keep Y % myself. The usual stuff with PayPal holding. What is also usual: buyer can create cases / disputes. Normally, I would tell Cuando about a new one the minute it happened and he would tell me that a replacement could be done. I didn't mind this. In my eyes either a refund or a replacement is good.
He would tell me these EXACT words: told them to contact me - yeah. I initially thought he said that he already told the customer to contact him. I later understood that he meant: "tell" them to contact me. This is where the problem occurs. I always did this. I would ask the buyer - via PayPal dispute chat or via email - if they were able to send a message via Discord or Telegram (or even via email) to Cuando, to get the issue fixed. I was playing support - that's NOT what I signed up for. But I still HAD to do it, since it was my PayPal taking a risk with every new case. And there were a lot of them. This is one of the reasons I left Cuando as a holder.
What I am trying to say in this scam report: I asked Cuando if I could get paid more if I started to act as a support rep for his service. He told me that he had a support team. Well... I don't understand how I have to still fix his disputes, as an ex holder...
This time, it's one buyer with a purchase total of ~ 8 USD, but I am risking my account every time a new case comes up. Don't forget who needs to refund the buyer if no solution is provided. Not every buyer has Discord or Telegram.
Combine that with how I am not the seller -> I don't have replacements. 1 + 1 = 2 and that would mean that I would have to refund the buyer, out of my own pocket? And what if the purchase total is 20 USD - 50 USD - etc. ? Yeah, no.
This ends here. I have had it with your: 1) late responses, 2) responses when I initiate contact, 3) your rude behaviour (read the messages he sent me in the Telegram DM) 4) your lack of professionalism and incompetence.
What I want -> I want you to refund ANY BUYER that I send to you that had opened a dispute because replacements are not the best method anymore. These people COMPLAIN to ME as if I am the seller. They (7/10 times) also talk about account selling info IN THE CASE. I cannot risk a healthy PayPal account because of this.
Crypto address for a refund: no need for a crypto address, I just need him to be able to send money through PayPal if a buyer creates a case.
I received the 7.96 USD from Cuando but he asked if I could close the report. I want you to reply to this report as well, Cuando. This is more than just about money. This is about you not responding, leaving it all up to me to fix things, etc. etc. I am - like I told you already - very done with this behaviour.
Never dealt with someone so selfish.
