yea thats why i opened this dispute cuz i dont want to wait 90d bcs 50% of payments that my customers used went to his stripe and i need these funds asap if he does not have the funds rn i am willing to take 50% rn and another 50% 1month later

@Liars  As i mentionned , We can not know how much his money is , If all users refund I would be at a -2K$ loss , 
After 90days they no longer can request a chargeback ;
As u can see in the telegram chat , As soon as i realised people were carding , I told the user and asked him to activate a security feature to protect from chargebacks, after a couple of days he asked me to remove it (well cause he wants to make more money understandable) ;
anyways it does not seem to me like it is my fault , or it is a risk I am willing to take.
I also LITERALLY DONT HAVE HIS MONEY IN MY POSSESSION.

The user is welcome to wait 90days for chargebacks to clear and then i send him the remaining of his money.

Yeah that's not how it works buddy. You need to wait 90 days to get your money. Why would he send you money out of his pocket? You were dealing with carding, so you bear the consequence. Maybe everyone chargebacks at the end and you get nothing, but this is what you signed up for lol.
