this guy said i don't need ur accs after i made them ( and he know accs are ready) and he said i don't need it cuz u got more than week ( i got 4 days and i said i have a problem and he said ok np) 
when i said i will delivery it he said no need 
he got all accs who paid for it and he can check them

and before all this shit he got a ppl acc but i got a problem ( any acc got limited after 24hrs ) soo i told him i have a problem
and he said np and i  refunded the money for him 
in this part it was  my fault and he got the money . But in the first part, I didn't do anything wrong ( i said everything for him)

You then said some shit bout "I sent for u proofs", which is some weird english I dont fully understand, so I ask "Huh? I dont understand" and again, u leave me on read again for hours.

A whole week since I paid for accs that were promised within "24hrs max" and "like just 1 hour" - your words. Each time giving some excuse. Idk what ur 'problem' really is, but doesn't matter.

This is business - you couldnt deliver the accs in your own promised time frames and so I cancelled the order. So just refund and move on, simple.
