Additional Information:
The person asked me if a "Vouch Copy" was a possibility, I replied with "We can discuss it in a ticket if you create one. :)", in the ticket he promised me a vouch (which he gave) and his signature spot, while he gave me the vouch, he gave a positive vouch comment with a negative rep? I asked him to correct his mistake but he isn't replying anymore in discord since 10/6/2023.
