Additional Information:

My server was restarting each 5-10 minutes , so I was told to reinstall my server when I contacted support. I questioned them why and they had no answer for that! Also their website had issues in stopping/starting the server as shown in the screenshots above.

Their support replies on tickets after hours still message immediately on discord when you call them out for such issues.

So I reinstalled my server, saved my backup data on it, and after the reinstall aswell it couldn't connect so I called them out on discord and the support ticket for the same aswell. Got their standard bs replies : Reinstall, don't use VPN etc.

Out of nowhere, this amazing staff member decides to go ahead and relocate/reinstall my server without my permission! Leading to all loss of data I had on it, couldn't even let me back it up or give me a warning or go ahead for the same, just thinks it's right for them to delete all data belonging to someone just like that!

After calling this out on discord, they have blocked me from there instead of sorting the issue, shit service and shittier support , avoid at all costs!!!

@Adamlevine59645  You were using a VPN which caused the issue of the shutdown, please do not use a VPN on your server and it will work fine, they cannot compensate you for any damages as no one can validate these damages claims.

Please don't be ignorant and read the whole thread and screenshots. I've been using VPN since the first day!!! For months without issues and so do other users so that's not the fucking cause of the issue! Even with vpn off it didn't connect/shut down/start as it was supposed to .

And does my using a VPN JUSTIFY THEIR FUCKING DELETING MY SERVER AND IT'S DATA WITHOUT ANY ACCEPTANCE FROM MY SIDE ? PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME BULLSHIT, I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF IT FROM THE RDP GUYS!!!
