Additional Information: so basically i bought a paypal and wise account, received wise account, all good. tho after first transaction i received i received message saying "your account will be closed on the 27th of September" so account is useless. i confronted seller and seller agreed on a replacement. however i am waiting now 2 weeks after purchase of the accounts and havent received anything. i told seller that i got accounts from another user because 2 weeks is just insane. i asked for a refund witch he refused. tho i think i should get a full refund, Note: i haven received any replacement so i dont see an issue to not refund. (full proof will be given if needed). i dont want a replacement anymore i want my money back.

1. I provided the OP with a fully working Wise account at first, he destroyed the account by logging inside without a proxy and most likely linking it with another Wise.
2. Wise Accounts have no warranty, and I was not responsible for the account getting banned.
3. Yet, out of courtesy, I decided to provide my buyer with a free replacement, because I value every single one of my customers and I care about my service quality. 
4. He got mad since the replacement was taking a while, which was 5 days, not 2 weeks as he states and decided to open this scam report.
5. OP has got a fully working replacement about 30 minutes ago.
