Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1000 euro

Additional Information: on 12/07/2023 i sent 1000 euro with istant sepa to the user 69_69 for exchange service. He provided me an n26 DE iban (see photo number 1) He sent to exchange but binance stop the withdrawal for security reason for 24h (see photo number 2). I told to him that it wasn't a problem to wait. After 24h i wrote again to have my payment in btc and he wrote "when i'm at home i will send to you because i think it is unlocked (photo number 3).
I threatened him with reporting on the forum and he deleted the chats (the screenshots I sent via message I made them before).
I send to @Liars also the proof of payment made with sepa istant.
PS: i have transacted many k with @ThieX @Bears @Ryze so @Liars you can contact them to understand if I am a good user or not.
