Additional Information: In past I bought him a verified Binance account, all okay. Weeks later my account got locked because one thing that I did bad. Okay, so I asked him if he could unlock, he said 400$ and I said okay, because last time he didn't scammed me. But this time, when I paid, he basically cleared chats and changed of @
Crypto address for a refund: He won't refund because he cleared chats and exit scammed lmfao.
