@Darkness that conversation should not be considered as an agreement at all and if you want to consider it as one then below is the proof of manipulation of agreement after i told those statements which he gave as screenshot.
  • He told me only him and his friend (Crystal) know the method however, he tried selling the method ON THE SAME DAY of me posting a sales thread about GitHub. If he was planning to sell the method, he had the chance to tell me when I asked him (SS). My sales thread is deleted now because at the time i requested it to be deleted.
  • He miraculously within 1 hour of my sales thread started selling the same GitHub accounts on the pretext of "His friend" asked him to post.
  • My intention behind saying those statements were to provide him some sort of compensation as he is not selling the accounts , but he clearly manipulated or in the least purposely hid information that he as well is going to start selling the accounts. If he too is selling the accounts, why would I even offer him any remuneration? I offered that deal as good will which was lost within hours. Proof that it was a good will gesture is the simple fact that I could've started selling the account without telling him anything.
  • After I thought about it calmly, I could understand that it was ridiculous and he basically tired to cheat me. He got a method from me in exchange for his GitHub method. When he can use my method without any pay, why should I pay him for using the method? so  I stopped that thread there itself and anyways I didn't get a SINGLE sale from cracked till now.
  • He said he got "Max 1 sale" from his own thread, which shows that the accounts are not piece of cup cakes to sell fast. I've invested a lot of my time to get those sales, no reason for me to just give him money for nothing, specially after basically lying to me.

  1. Didn't get any "screenies" from you so hope you know now that where i'm coming from
  2. If you didn't try to advertise, signature etc and still put up a thread it is anything but further proof that you made up your mind about sales only after me telling you that I'll sell github. Which again proves my point that those were not the circumstances in which I told you I'll pay you.
  3. I EXACTLY described my method before we exchanged the methods.
  4. "Permission" lmao. I showed a good will gesture which you clearly are not worth.
  5. I'm not making any BS, I showed in screenshots exactly how it happened. You could have easily told me that you were going to sell those accounts and method as well but you didn't. Don't need to wonder who the scumbag. Also wondering how any of this makes me a coward? lmao
  6. If you had an ounce of ethics in ya then you would have just straight pointed out your intentions of selling when I told you that I was thinking of selling GitHub. Instead, you opted to behave like a snake.

  • You would have "Advertised, put in it in your signature, post it in your discord etc" if you were doing your friend a favor. Clearly a "High Quality" member and friend like you wouldn't just post a lousy thread and call it a favor correct? lmao stop hiding the fact that you posted it urgently since i made a sales thread.
  • I didn't get any "screenies" and it matters cause you are trying to prove that your friend has asked you to post the thread. You brought this "Screenies" thing up yourself Sherlock.
  • You basically voided our deal by starting to sell the accounts.
I didn't wanna go all technical but since you are calling it an "Agreement", quick google search gave the below result

https://study.com/academy/lesson/changed...fects.html -

"Changed circumstances in contracts is a fancy term that means the terms of the contract changed because one or both of the parties was no longer able to keep the promises made in the original agreement due to circumstances that were either beyond his control or unforeseeable.
That is not to say that the contract clauses were poorly written or elements were missing. It means that the contract did not contain every possibility for voidability."

When you behaved like a SNAKE and started selling accounts yourself, you basically voided our deal.
