Luani told me to PM him on telegram to sort it (because I was mentioning it in their public channel), so I did but then he stopped responding - https://prnt.sc/U70uuMDd3uhC 

I was then told to open a support ticket on their website to get it sorted, which I did and here's the response to that - https://prnt.sc/LD3Jv0JdUX3C , and from then I haven't heard back and I've also sent another message to remind them

Additional Information: I've paid for FTID orders with 0.5kg weight and received 50g weight on two, 0,03kg on the third and 0kg on the 4th. All my refunds failed because weight was off. I have proof for this aswell on request.
