Additional Information: Asked for an exchange from crypto (LTC) to vcc with 15€. Sent the ltc amount, you can see transaction ID on screenshots and LTC addy matching aswell. Seller sent me a vcc with 15$ which is 13€ and not 15€ but I didnt care. Tried using the vcc, didnt work, seller says it does not work on steam. I asked for refund but he kept saying the card works but not on steam, tried using it on eneba website and does not work aswell. I asked him if he could just transfer 15€ to my wise account and he says he has nothing to do with this vcc (??? wtf does this mean ur the one selling it), then he says its a giftcard LMAO. I asked him to refund or send to my wise account but he didnt answer anymore.
