Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1700$ for a project, which can't be done and obfuscated after i have provided all stuff.

Additional Information: Waiting since 25th after last reply from his worker. I do understand they have probably lot of work on their heads, as well as Biacc isnt online really often, but waiting 1 week after deadline of project and being not finished makes me upset, i will wait kindly for refund, as his worker told me he can't finish the project and i will be issued an refund. Got mad as well, since i paid to his worker for graphic design too, paid like 100$ more to him.
