Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1k UHQ Paypal Lines (lets describe it as 2$) because first scam report is invalid because theres no value of scam

Paypal is not allowed here and staff dont use paypal logs so it means evety fat nigger can leech as many he want paypal lines and pass it like nothing happened. But any staff can check quality for any other target and check for % lines so can see its not garbage. However i dont care about 1k lines i just want this guy banned. He appeared instantly when i posted thread and he was online whole day and he after 10h complained about.

If paypals are forbidden at this forum then dont let to us to make thread about it.
We are allowed to make thread for smth about paypal but we cant make scam report against it because paypal is not supported here.
Change rules about it or start ban these motherfuckers who abusing it to get free lines
