Additional Information: I bought a Booking refund, he told me that a hotel between 300€-350€ would be 75€ and that I should pay him in advance, I did it (attached in the Imgur link), he seemed a legal guy since after the payment he kept talking to me, he told me that he can refund if the trip was canceled and that there is no problem, I had a problem and that is that in the end, I couldn't go, due to covid, I have asked him nicely to refund me even 75% of the payment, he told me he would talk it over with a guy he does business with (smells like a lie), I wake up today and his Telegram account is nuked, no chat, no audios, no photos. His group where he sells products is still active.
