Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 50$ value Mastercard for 13,5$
Screenshots of Communication: I didn't have chance to screenshot cuz he banned me
Additional Information:
I bought a Mastercard from him and got it dead after that I opened a ticket and asked for proof that it's dead to told me to wait, I logging in to my discord and found out my ticket is deleted I asked him for the reason and told me that he sent a replacement to my email but I didn't receive anything https://ibb.co/Ptwr3b9 and then I asked him for refund and banned me from his discord server

Not really sure where there is to respond to. Dude  cant show me what he is talking about and all he did was show his inbox showing that he has received an email from my shop. ALl this means is that he has attempted to place an order. This doesn't tell us anything more. 
i think its safe to say the chances of me scamming this dude are 0.
but if this dude genuinely needs a refund or, etc. i would advise he dm's me in private with actual proof or something i can use to know who he is

Ah, you made a ticket. refused to provide proof of it failing and then spammed your image in chat  many times.
We have 300+ vouches in 3-4 days of the server being open. Do you really think the whole server was an operation to scam your $13.50 ? Of course not. I have given far too many ranks away on this forum to be scamming your $13.50
I warned you three times and you refused to stop and then i issued the ban for spamming. If you DM me your order ID on my website i will most certainly look into it

Bro what you talking about I provided a proof that it's not working and one of your team told me to wait and I did and then my ticket got closed, second thing I didn't spam your server with chat image I only sent 1 image that got my mailbox and saying where is my replacement then you banned me and as I see I'm not the only one who has a scam report with you

once again, my replacement policy is in my server and when you purchase. ive shown it to you on discord and will show it here if necessary. you already know you have broken my warranty, i tried to help, you are toxic.
