Additional Information: I asked them for a sample of the cloud combos they asked me for the target and I said uplay they said they do not have but have gaming mixed and sent me sample, and it was good for uplay unexpectedly! I bought a week that worth 25$ and I found that the sample they gave me not even in the cloud! they literally faked it and put hits into it!
And on their website it's showen that there is over 10M+ lines in the cloud but literally all of them combined are only about 3.5M which 90% of them are edits of the 10%

1) This user asked us for a UPlay sample, we said we can't provide that, as we don't have a UPlay section, so we instead told him we could give him a Gaming Mix sample, we do not guarantee a specific hitrate on targets that we do not have in our categories, which is why we stated before you even bought that we don't do UPlay combos.
2) Faking a sample is just stupid for a combo cloud, you said you got 500 hits, buying that alone would've taken more money than we would've made with your purchase, there are no UPlay shops as well. Don't accuse us of things you are uncertain of & do not have any evidence to say against it.
3) We frequently purge old & raped lines, to allow place for fresher data. 10M+ Lines means you will get a total of 10M+ guaranteed lines during your subscription, your subscription has just started and there are more than 4M+ lines.
This scam report is completely invalid, what you've done is loot everything on our cloud and then open a scam report in hopes of getting a refund, as we clearly state in our service information, we can't guarantee any hit rates on any specific targets. This being said, I'd like to add that our combo cloud excels at many other targets, such as Riot Games, as stated by many of our other customers, so I suggest you give it a try on other targets.

1) Sample is not added on the cloud so giving me sample from any other source or you faked it won't make any different! As in the screen shots stated I asked if all "gaming mixed" As you say have the same quality and you guys said yes! And after saying yes you now say you don't guarantee?
2) You said I looted everything then ask for a refund? Looted what bro? Looted bad lines that you have 0 vouches for it? You only have vouches for riot and as I am riot seller I am sure 100℅ that's an old hitlists not combos if you know the different!
3) You said you delete old rapped lines but I saw that first announcement in you server was 13/1 and magically first lines added was on same day too?!And I saw that your restocks not even daily or day by day and I bought 1 week yeah and already like 3/4 days passed with very small stock!

The sample was from the same rat logs we use for the cloud, meaning the quality is not going to change.
And yes, you checked all the lines in the cloud and now you're asking for a refund, it's quite suspicious taking into account you own a Valorant shop, but I won't assume anything.
My partner @Cpz is a Riot Seller as well, aren't all the "10k combos" just 10k hits with a low skin rate? Hit rate, combo same thing when it comes to Valorant?
We do delete old lines, the only lines that aren't deleted are the ones that still work, and even then your argument here doesn't matter, because in the end you'll be getting over 10M+ Lines which is what we guarantee.
Our restocks are daily, and if we miss a day we restock the next day with 2-3x times the guaranteed uploaded combos daily to make up for it. You're just looking for excuses to trash our service.
