So I basically, I saw that this guy was looking for B4U staff here on forum, so I contacted him and we had an agreement. I would take 65% off the total orders I would make ( He said that 65% was max he could do.)
I did Chipotle and KungFuTea later on. So things were going good, and he was supplying us, staf,  with logs needed to hit on each order. After some time, he told me that he would stop supplying his staff with logs cause he was seeing little to no profit for him. Looked reasonable, so I put the struggle to find a Chipotle plug which would supply me daily. Time passed, and Discord started a ban wave on all servers, which took down most of them & their owners. Dan's server was one of them. Server got banned together with his account.
Note that I was buying logs myself, and they had a warranty for replacements. Anyways, the server got banned and I contacted him on Telegram. He told me that he would set up the server once he was online. Not only he didn't setup his server, but he would go AFK for hours, if not per days. I would lose the warranty of my logs, which I buy at 4.5$ each (100$ daily expense), server would lose customers and all the pressure would be put on us, staff. If he would care enough, he would put the same effort as I did.

He kept repeating same attitude after every server ban, even though he had a back up of it. I would come off with loses after every inactivity of him, as logs would be mostly dead after buying from shops and I had no warranty left to replace them. He set up the server finally, and we didn't get a ban for 2 or less weeks. Things were going smooth until he started selling an UberEats mentorship for 450$ to his customers (which is a total rip-off). I talked to him in DMs, and told him that I wanted to buy the method at the original price. He refused and even threatened me with a ban if I bought the method from his plug. So basically, he was just hating the idea of me buying it not from him for 450$ but from his plug.

Things took off, and he banned me. After some hours, I talked to him again and he unbanned me, and things got back in place. Service went up for days, and I was doing orders as usual for both Chipotle and KungFu now. I was the main guy for Chipotle as when I joined his staff, Chipotle was left off. Tickets were delayed and ignored most of the time. He can deny it all he wants, but customers can speak for it. He even hired extra staff, which ended up being useless as always, and the burden fell on my shoulders again.

I kept the service quality up for both Chipotle and his servers since he barely moderates it. I was being highly interactive with customers and pushing it forward. He then went and hired this guy @memepc for Chipotle and another service. This guy was so eager for money, he went and snitched to @Dan so he could keep the whole service for himself.
Like why the hell would you snitch to the guy you're working for, for a product you're getting for 50% off and not paying it full price. It has no other explanation.


The backstory for this is that: I tried to sell the UE method to @MemePC for 200$ instead of 450$. @memepc went and snitched to @Dan for this, not only to keep the service for himself but dickride him as that's what he usually does. @Liars I would like a full compensation of my effort I put on his server, as when I got there Chipotle was dead, staff was AFK  like 90% of the time, and I did the orders. Not only put my hours of sleep into that, but spent a good amount of time managing the server, answering customers, deleting messages and keeping it clean. Even taught his friend how to do Chipotle orders, as @Dan was barely helping him.


He even told me 65% was the max he could do, then later when I faced him that I wanted 70% payout as it was kinda nonsense to set such payout limit. So he made the profit anyways.

I would like to have at least 200$ a compensation or role given back to me in the server. I brought the Chipotle service up & this is why he got customers today.

As per getting the method, I already have it, two of them, and I already knew you would leak the conversation to Dan after you refused, cause why would someone refuse it for 50% less? I don't see why i have to explain the reason I banned this worker as I own the server and I can do anything I want with it as long as I'm not scamming any customer/worker But just to make it all clear I'll explain myself.

Everything started the moment I caught him exploiting a method I was selling on my group but for his own benefit and hence that I banned him and also for being too greedy, lack of respect, spreading misinformation & breaking server rules. This is not the first time he gets banned from the server, I gave him a second chance thinking for a second that he would change but less i did know he went behind my back and tried to sell the method i was selling in my server to another worker, which is something i told the workers several times to no do as it is forbidden, knowing very well the consequences if proceeded, leading to a ban.

About the inactivity, I'm the one that gets to decide when my server can take orders and when it can't as I'm the person that created it and I'm the one that brought customers to it. 
When I hired the worker, it has never been told to them that the server would stay up 24/7 nor an estimated amount of orders that he will be getting daily or a guaranteed income. The worker was offered a % for every order that was fulfilled and nobody should have the expectation of a stable income from working in an illegal place, server or environment that can get banned at any moment.

The worker agreed to work on my server without knowing the estimated amount of orders, the income, the period of activity, and that the server can get banned eventually in the near future and hence that the worker started to work in the server hiding his filthy intentions which were trying to sell behind my back leading with him being caught and afterwards banned. Now not only he opened a scam report with an invalid reason but he also caused a DWC tag to be placed on my profile which affects my sales, trust, reliability, and reputation. As a matter a fact I should be the one making a scam report and asking for compensation but not this ungrateful worker!

I don't see why the worker with the complaint has so much care about how inactive I am, as a remark I'm very busy in offline and that must not concern him. The worker should have been grateful as I'm the only reason he was able to make money in the first place and yet he is trying to go behind my back and ruin my business and my reputation as a merchant with lies, filthy actions and complaints that don't belong towards me.

What i sell in my server is none of anybody's business. I was annoyed because the worker kept spamming my DMs trying to get the method for free which proves how greedy he was and confirming my first statement and claiming that the $450 mentorship was a rip-off it's just another why to jeopardize my reputation as that it is a false statement because every customer that bought it is more than satisfied with the outcome.
It was very obvious that the worker's intentions weren't good intentions which is why I refused to share/sell the method to him.

To sum it up, just to clarify once again I as an owner can shut the server down whenever I feel like it, kick any worker when I feel like it, as long as the cut was paid and everything ran under the policy of the community.
He was ONLY allowed to do chipotle and Kung fu tea orders in my server and he was paid for it I never needed his help to do anything else other than that

The only person who has lack of respect in this mess is you. You are trying to monopolize the situation so it only profits you. You get to decide what I sell, you get to decide what I do or whom I talk to. It's none of your business whom I sell the method to as it's not your method & it's not your customer. Not only it's not causing you losses, since you're basically scamming your own customers and this shows how much of a trustful member you are, but you are even forcing your own staff to not do anything outside of your server.
Matter of fact, I didn't even break any ToS. As the rule was to not contact any of the customers. I contacted MemePC which is staff member, and supposedly my partner. Turned out he just wanted daddy's dick. 


As per the inactivity, he is right. We all got stuff in our life going on, so it consumes most of our time. But you had all the time in the world, as while the server wasn't even setup, you were ehworing, watching Chaturbate or jacking off. Even one of the members told me that you were buying ewhore content off him, meanwhile you were ignoring me asking you to bring the server up. 

I agreed to work for myself in the server, not for you. Make your facts straight.  You were only holding my money and providing the members, cos the rest was done by me. You told me that you would setup the server fast after every ban wave. As per agreement, we both had a deal in the beginning when we talked, that I'd get a lot of orders, and I'd make a lot of money. My discord got banned and this is the reason you have said blatant lies all over the reply. And  this guy is telling me I ruined his sales, trust, reliability, and reputation??
