Additional Information: First, I want to point out that I do not care about the refund, I just want everyone to advise against this person and his service.
I bought a Google Drive account and shortly after the password was changed. Of course, the seller claims he doesn't know who changed it. I tried to recover it via "Forgot password?". But this is only possible via the administrator of the domain. https://pasteboard.co/BsXlzmwzW7m4.png
He claims on his site https://pasteboard.co/cmbihIozH7eY.png and via dm that the password is recoverable, which is a lie. He also said he would send me a replacement, but that never happened.

Alright, I got the replacement, it's solved. I would still advise the seller to change his policies, it's deceiving since there is no possibility for self recovery via user, only admin can do it.
