Additional Information: Ordered Youtube Premium for two accounts only lasted until the trial finished and the payment wouldnt process so Youtube cancelled my premium. I contacted him multiple times for a fix but he never responded or when he did he would tell me to go to someone else in the server for "comp". Been waiting since March but no refund still.

I dont need them to be fixed anymore I just want a refund that was months ago just like you keep saying tickets will be solved tomorrow every other day!

Refusing to refund says to swap the product he will not refund me!

Hes trying to say that I only contacted him just now but I have been contacting him multiple times asking him to fix it but hes always saying tickets on hold or just dissappearing. I have no interest in lying for a refund. I have been trying to get in touch with him since March with no fix.

The ticket was opened from june 18, not even march you can see on the screenshot from up.

We are not doing refunds, because you bought yourself the premium you can wait until your premium it's over and we are upgrading again or you can swap with other product from store. Thanks for understanding.

I should not be expected to wait months. You can check screenshots where i show I tried contacting you way before on your personal dm with no response. I also contacted on tickets but you kept either ignoring it or told me to go to someone else to comp. Please refund or please mods ban this guy.
