Additional Information: I bought an ING bank account, which is not created by him directly but by his supplier. His supplier exit scammed. But Earner is fully responsible for his supplier, in every ascpect. so in this case he needs to refund me, i have been waiting since Dec 20, still nothing. I am fed up. I can't afford to lose 700€ that's too much amount,
