@Liars this will be my last messages since I don't want to make your job any harder than it has to be. I did block him, I blocked him temporarily "for 24 hours" because he kept spamming me. He sent me 24 messages in LESS than 10 minutes which is nothing BUT absurd, then when I told him to stop spamming me he insulted me for 8 messages in a row.

Now did I say that I'll revoke your license if you keep harassing MY customers? Yes I did, I also provided that screenshot in my original reply. All I'm asking is to stop harassing my customers in private messages, they have NOTHING to do with this. You'll be unblocked in 24 hours, then I'll help you with whatever issue your facing and if you don't keep spamming I'll unmute you from the buyers group chat.

You bought the software on the 27th of may, you messaged me today FOR THE FIRST time and now your pushing for a refund.
You will not be refunded a month after you purchased simply because NOW "a month later" you decided you don't want it.

I'll follow up with you ON TELEGRAM in 24 hours.

@Fivio It is clear that you do not want him as a customer. If that is the case you can go ahead and refund him. OR, provide him with the help he needs and set up everything correctly. Do so within 24 hours.

I have no idea how you came to the conclusion that I don't want him as a customer, he was a customer since the 27th of may, he created an account on the 27th of may. As far as we know he could have used the tool since then and then today messaged me for a refund. He's not getting a refund, I said I'll unblock him in 24 hours "3 hours ago" so in 21 hours from now on he'll be unblocked and he'll be able to ask me for help again.

even after i literally said i didn't use it and there was even others saying it wasnt even working

i wasn't a customer i had just bought the tool was not able to use it since it wasn't even working and you even said in the group that you were working on a update...

He bought a tool a month ago and messaged me TODAY. How am I responsible if he never messaged me until TODAY.

I never said the it WASN'T working, I said I'd release a new update with new features WHICH I DID. Every other customer have been using the tool even BEFORE the 27th of may
