I’m going to start this off by stating that I’m not innocent. I did break their TOS making some of the consequences justified, however other things was just outrageous. Yesterday (20.07) I receive a message from what appears to be a russian citizen. He was interested in Forex Reapers signals and asked me to forward the signals to him if he sent 60$. I am/was in desperate need of money after I have lost recently so I considered the offer. I, despite being a bit conflicted, agreed. However this turned out to be a test from Reaper resulting in me getting banned from the discord server and from all the paid signal servers. This is a consequence I wasn’t happy with, but could understand. I did contact Reaper since I’m also using another service of his for the past months. The Mutual Fund. I have yet to receive an answer from him regarding this situation.
What surprised me this morning was when I checked my forex account. My forex account is currently at a 550 dollar loss. Forex Reaper or one of his staff has intentionally increased my lot size incredibly and opened both buy and sell orders and closed them all at a loss. The fact that they have intentionally ripped my whole account is just extremely surprising to me.
I do understand the fact that my signal membership was terminated. I do understand the fact that I was banned from the discord server. However, I do not understand why they would rip my whole forex account and run with my mutual fund money. All I wanted yesterday was to talk about what we do about the Mutual Fund, but what you did now is just unacceptable. This is absurd.
What I want to be done:
- Replace the funds intentionally lost in the forex account (550$)
- Either let me continue being a shareholder of the mutual fund or withdraw and forward my current funds (In the second option I face a loss as I have paid a fee for the mutual fund and it's currently in a significant (-50%) loss. I was previously promised that the mutual fund would continue it's course towards profits with no further fees)
- Continue to have my current signal copier membership terminated (This is my consequences for breaking the TOS of this service. This membership costed me 160$ and I will face consequences for my actions)
- Stop Baiting & testing future customers into breaking the ToS (I'm not going to discuss the morality or anything behind this, but atleast I feel like this shouldn't be done by a service provider.)
Apology:
I want to let you all know that I 100% do acknowledge the fact that I have done something wrong. I do sincerely regret this decision, not just based on the consequences that hit me, but based on how shitty the thing I could've done was. I'm going to promise to you all that a situation like this will never happen again.
What I think Forex Reaper should have done:
- Terminated my signal membership
- Terminated my signal copier membership
- Let me know via DM's that my action is not allowed with their service & I'm banned from Forex Signals.
- Let me know that the funds I deposited to the mutual fund is safe & still running as I deposited this months ago and me breaking the ToS of another service he provides doesn't change this.
I don't understand how losing the funds of a previous customer does anything for them. It only hurts me & does no good to them. I already got consequences for my action, I didn't need more.
HOW THEY COULD BLOW THE ACC:
I was using his signal copier service. Therefore they had access to my trading account (MT4) and was able to trade for me. That's how they could blow my whole account.
