It is obvious in our communications that we agree to a price, he doesn’t do the work, asks for more payment, then gets upset.
Additional Information: At first, JohnWick told me how he was the best in the business, and that he could do exactly what I needed, quickly. I asked for the website to be only one page, just the home page, which is why I offered $20 on my buyers thread.
John requested $40, which I agreed to as fair due to the fact that it would require some database work. He proceeded to upload a theme FROM 2015
LOL onto my web hosting and claimed he made it from scratch. It had a ton of mistakes, such as being unable to generate invites (the only function I asked for), and requiring the users to login with PayPal before being able to use the service. I asked for these to be fixed, and John only got defensive and claimed I was offending his work. He did not do what I asked.
Most recently, John claimed he would fix everything if I paid $5 additional to him. I paid, then he proceeded to say $5 wasn’t enough after I sent, and asked for $5 more. I did not pay this second $5, making the total scammed $45.
[If Applicable] Crypto address for a refund:
What i propose is a 50% refund and I keep the existing code as I was able to make some fixes to it on my own, but I will need to pay a developer to figure out what is going on and fix the code as it is very old. I want $22.5 back, I do not want to continue working with him.
Thank you very much, let me know if there is anything else needed.
