Additional Information: Bought multiple account upgrade from him (YouTube, Netflix, Spotify)

YouTube and Spotify never got delivered.
Netflix had a 0% downgrade warranty, literally got kicked 3-4 times, lasted a max of a couple days.

Have been waiting for over a month now.
Also ignored message most of the times and close tickets without fixing the problem.

Asked for a refund multiple times, ignored..

We use an exchanger for paypal payments, we do not receive them, it's possible to create a wallet to can refund you?
Refund will be made only for youtube premium, netflix link was activated by you on other account or I do not know.
