Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 5$ worth of id documents.

Additional Information: So we have basically agreed I will charge him 5$ for a ID set including, front, back, selfie ssn. He agreed and said he will pay me after he tests the ID which was fine by me. In the moment he said he had someone else and told me to wait incase his id doesn't work.

So here we are today, where he told me to send the ID so he can test it.
I send him the ID, and as a side note I say to him I also sell eu verified accounts for PayPal.

He asked if I sell usa too, and I told him no, because they get locked more often and more id checks over time. He suddenly says that someone else sent him a id too saying my ID is useless. ( The problem is he never told me this, only after I sent him the ID) and he told me that he now doesn't want a usa id, but he wants a EU one. ( I don't sell eu docs, I'm keeping them for myself ).

He suddenly becomes angry and says he doesn't wanna test the usa docs and told me to send eu ones. But the problem was we had a deal, and I can't make sure if he didn't take a digital copy of the ID, saved it, or etc. I have to consider it as raped and can't sell it to anyone else now.

He demands he will not pay, and wants a eu one which I won't serve him.

I never used the document you send and told you on the seem minute to remove it because it’s not what Iam looking for also provided a screenshot for document like what you send to me that I have and told you it won’t help me
You said to me that you can provide what I want but you didn’t do and refused to send it once you started beginning I said I pay for the 2 documents you refused send what I want after it also so why I d should pay for useless thing that I don’t want and never used also our deal was I should test it and it’s working and be what I want but you never provide what I want after I offered x2 doubfor you also just try get more many from me buy force me to buy a verified account from you
