Scam report against @LifeIs a formal Shadow Refunder for 230$ USD

I placed a order through Shadow Refunds about a month ago for a iPhone while the whole store card thing was still working. I paid half of the cost of the amazon purchase. Paid @LIFEiS via Venmo with a photo backing up the claim. The admin of shadow refund gave me his telegram info and he refuses to reply back! I just want my money back college life sucks right now.

i only wanted this phone because of my disability. I need to us some accessibility applications to make my life easier. They are a lot better in iOS compared to android which has sucky accessibility features in my opinion.
