Screenshots of Communication: I've got the whole conversation in a .html file, don't want to send it there because they're private informations in it.
Additional Information: I've ordered him a Logitech G Pro SE in his old Discord server called LA-Services. Then the Discord server was deleted, I've contacted him in DMs to see if he was still there. He told me that he failed the SE and he would refund me 50% of the amount that I paid him but he still haven't do that, saying that Paypal blocked him (can understand that's possible but still) and then saying he would do that later until he decided to deleted his account.

My bad for the fees, I've forget about that fact since it's been like 3 months.
I'd prefer being refunded in BTC instead of Paypal if you're able to, then you'll not have the problem of being suspended.
