Every single thing I said in the chargeback was true (and I have backed up with evidence). Here is my chargeback case which recaps most of the situation:
Quote:I purchased an entire Minecraft autoclicker project (named "Void Clicker") that apparently bypassed all SS tools including Paladin (https://paladin.ac/). I would also receive the source code, the website (https://voidclicker.xyz), and the Discord server with almost 300 members (https://i.imgur.com/vrVVUEh.png). I was told that this would be only a 1 time sale, meaning the source code would only be sold to 1 person (https://i.imgur.com/7hPor66.png). We had came to the decision that I would pay $150 for all of the above (https://i.imgur.com/L2gDIka.png).
I went ahead and sent the payment of $150 and I quickly received the source code. Although, the source code was sent to both me and my friend eventhough the seller agreed that only one copy of the source would be sent to one person which means the seller had already broken one of the agreements we had. As you can see from the screenshot link, I was quick to mention about this after the source code was sent to both me and my friend. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/fPILuB5.png. Even after I had mentioned not to send it to my friend as well, the website source was posted minutes after to both me and my friend, once again, breaking the agreement we had. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/eZsH81X.png Even though I may have said it was fine AFTER the source was sent, I couldn't have really said anything else because the source code had already been sent to my friend as well. The damage had been done.
Note that the autoclicker is called 'Calculator' . I decided to test the autoclicker on Paladin. I had no other autoclickers on my PC apart from the one I had just purchased the source code of. But this does not bypass Paladin as it detects a Generic AutoClicker. I contacted the developer of Paladin regarding the detection, and he verified that the detection was coming from the exact same autoclicker (called Calculator.exe). Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/nRVhQKA.png. The seller has evidently broke at least 2 agreements we made.
UPDATE: When scanned with Paladin now, it just shows "Dream Ghost Client" for all versions of this autoclicker, and still doesn't bypass:

Now regarding your 'scam report', the HTML file you posted of our entire discord conversation shows that you are the one in the wrong. Not me.
Quote:While purchasing this, he told me that he's buying it because his friend and he mainly wanted to work with him.
Quote:his friend (Disbanded) new vb.net and was making basic changes, later monster changed it all to c# as you can see https://prnt.sc/re0bs2
We agreed that there would only be one copy of the source code sent to one person, which is me. We agreed this before the transaction was made. Here I never stated that I actually had a friend who could help me code it in vb.net. I said I had a friend that was interested (Disbanded) but he could only code in c++ as a beginner. He had no intentions of coding in VB.NET or C#. I explained this to you in the Discord conversation of which you have posted:
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/6...image0.png. Additionally, in that screenshot that you posted:
https://prnt.sc/re0bs2 all that shows is that I converted everything myself, it doesn't show that he was 'new to vb.net' or helped with 'making basic changes'. Whilst I did say I had a friend who was interested, I did tell you he couldn't actually code in VB.NET.
Regarding this:
Quote:You can also see this screenshot https://prnt.sc/re0b84 where my friend sent the source and later he mentions that he's "fine" with it while you can see in the dispute he mentions that he didn't want that. Apparently his friend was also owning the project with me but just because his friend fucked up he's trying to scam me
I never stated I was fine with it beforehand, did I? I couldn't really say anything else apart from 'it's fine' as the source code had already been sent to my friend and most likely he had already downloaded it. It's not my fault my friend had the source code, and I would have never sent it to him either because he can't code in VB.NET or C#. We already agreed that there would only be one copy of the source code sent to one person so common sense would tell your friend to post to me in DMs, otherwise he would be going against the 'one copy to one person' agreement.
To be honest, I'm not sure what you're trying to say here:
Quote:https://prnt.sc/re0bnh here asks me to send sources of old versions, was totally fine with everything
I just asked to send the sources of earlier versions as the current version that was sent to me had randomised strings for the variables, methods, etc. And I also wanted to see the earlier versions just out of interest.
Quote: While purchasing this, he told me that he's buying it because his friend and he mainly wanted to work with him. I showed him everything before he purchased it, that it flags one out of instance check on an anti-cheat which he was ok with because it was "Out of instance" and an experimental check, so it's still bypassing.
This is true, but I scanned with Paladin after I got it, and I still got the same 'Out of instance' error.

Quote: He trusted a friend with the source code, and apparently you can see his last message to me that he "leaked" the source, so he probably charged back because the source I sold him got leaked.
He never "leaked" the source. This was a prank that my friend pulled on me. Hence I never charged back because the source got 'leaked'. Even if the source got 'leaked', I still have posted evidence that you have broken agreements we had before purchasing.
