If we sniff the requests both sites are doing we'll notice that MyWebSearch.com makes a request directly to ask.com
meanwhile myway.com makes a request to a myway.com api

and if we compare results, lets use a simple dork as an example: intext:business cards with hearts ext:php inurl:action=

myway.com: https://i.imgur.com/KUSMJIO.png

They're very different results, also if we compare myway.com urls to google.com urls we'll see that there are many matching urls

google.com results: https://i.imgur.com/xrrIYzu.png also more links in same page: https://i.imgur.com/3iyXA0D.png the one in yellow is the same as myway.com, also there are many more results that are in myway.com and google.com and aren't in ask.com

Not because both sites has same an html and css and a js function means its the same, it can be a clone of it but a different engine as proven with results and and apis.
