I appreciate you making the report, as stated in our terms of service. We only replace cards if they dip balance within 5 minutes, as we have a system to check cards status, transactions and balance. As stated in our conversation through Element. You were given a replacement multiple times and even got cards worth more than you even sent, obviously going against the terms of service that were set. You are the only one with the issue of not being able to use it and you having one success does in-fact show that my cards work. Also bringing the fact that i did state the terms of service multiple times, you still got a replacement after you couldn't cashout a card. 

Below is a few examples of sites that don't work 100% of the time and if you are not using a business paypal when attempting to cashout, you have the chance of getting the card flagged. We've already tested all the cards that were sent to you with permission. All worked on steam + successfully received a refund within 6 hours. 

Common known factors:
Uber does not work 100% of the time
Paypal does not work 100% of the time
JustEat does not work 100% of the time


Another note to staff:
Prepaid Giftcards are always active before-delivery with balance checks, as shown in the image sent by the customer. He stated he was using it on UBER and a few minutes later it was used on UBER

Let me clear out, you have mentioned that I got multiple times ( only 3 ) replacements, and it is because VCC did not work. Otherwise, why would I ask replacement?

also I only had one success with your VCC, and you also mentioned here that the card does not have a 100% success rate. So why would you sell me a card that only works on steam when you promote your service by saying your cards work on every cashout method?

For the uber thing, I was telling the truth, and also, in replacement, I mentioned that VCC did not work and I had to show proof. After that, you agreed that the card was used on some musical website.

If you are so sure that you can check the balances and what site the VCC was used, then why did you replace me 3 times? Because you knew I did not use them or had any success with cashout

Firstly, you were given replacements as you were a first time customer. We sell thousands worth of cards every 6 hours with 0 issues. The cards obvously won't have a 100% success rate and they don't only work on steam, you trying them on public known methods doesn't make it any easier. My cards do work on every cashout method if you know how to do it. I checked the balance and it was used on Uber + a music website, which is why you were given the TOS followed replacement since balance drops were not on the site you were using. You not using them is your own issue, as they would've been delivered when you were online. You not having success is also not my issue, as the card was working and operational when it was sent.

Customers preorder 1-5K worth of cards on a daily. My TOS is strict and the reason it wasn't in there is due to it being your first time purchasing a bigger amount card and having no success. The cards do work 100% with public cashout methods if you know how to use them and adjust it to your own unique version of that method, it won't work 100% on a individual method but i have 4 different sites which work 100%. You were given a replacement multiple times due to you failing to use the cards. You stated you didn't use the card on UBER however transaction logs prove otherwise, as it was used on UBER within a few minutes of card delivery. 

I will not fight this anymore, i'll let forum staff decide whether or not you are worth being refunded as you did infact receive hundreds worth of cards as replacements and only paid $16.5

You received in total: 
$50 Card
$20 Card
$150 Card

you paid $16.5 and got provided with 220 dollars worth of working product with active cards.


Our conversation from Element, user even stated that he couldn't get it to work and even stated "your job is to stop given me replacement." after he couldn't get the card to work for one of his methods. As stated he only tested it with TWO publicly known methods.
