Seller claims the Spotify account being sold will last 12 months.
Seller provided a trial account instead.
When confronted about the account having no payment method attached, seller claims a payment method is attached (see screenshots) and claims that this is how the "method" works.
The Seller then claims no warranty unless vouched and that I was aware of it.
Disregarding that this is a scummy method, claims it is policy - it is not.
Furthermore, the original display name of the account was '.gg/spotifyservice', notably a discord server with the following products:
Spotify 1m = Paypal 0.18 LTC 0.15

Dear All,

I’ll go over the points one by one.

1. The account auto renews the day before or the day of expiration, my account has been going strong for 1,5 years now using the same method.

2. My discord server store has a very detailed TOS which the customer was aware of (see screenshot where I told him to look at TOS)

3. The name of the account is /spotifyservice because I resell the Spotify accounts, that’s not against any rules!

4. Please verify on the server you provided the screenshot from (/spotifyservice) , you will see that they sell 1y accounts as well.

I have no idea why this person is being so difficult, I’ve had many customers in the past with no problems whatsoever, never been reported or suspected of scamming! All he had to do to claim his warranty was to vouch since the account provided works fine, as I mentioned it is very clearly mentioned in the TOS this person read. Please close this nonsense report! @seve7n Does the account work or does it not work as it is unclear. @One_Day You cannot force someone to vouch for you just to get a warranty that is just unfair and it is not right for the consumer.  You need to offer him the warranty without forcing him to vouch. If you do not want to do that you can then take the account back and give him the refund. Do so within 24 hours.

Regarding argument #2
The TOS of his discord server at the time of making the initial deal dispute post did not mention any required vouch.
One_Day as of today May 15th 2024 has banned me from his discord server without any reason given (https://ibb.co/9Zt6zch).
The updated TOS in his discord server were changed after he had scammed me.

Regarding argument #3 & #4

One_Day admitted he purchased the account from .gg/spotifyservice and resold them.

"[...] you will see that they sell 1y accounts as well."
He claims they also sell 1 year accounts, and thereby also implies that he sold me such an account.
He does not instead claim that he purchased a spotify trial account off of them and used his 'method',
no, he instead claims he resold a 1 year account.

.gg/spotifyservice however does not sell 1 year spotify subscriptions both as per the products publicly advertised and the owner. (https://ibb.co/fSt23gk)
The account can thereby only be a 1 month trial account, the same kind .gg/spotifyservice also sells.


Regarding Liars' question whether the account works or not as well as argument #5

The account provided (1 month trial) is not the same as the one agreed to when making the deal (12 months).
Again, as explained in the previous paragraph, the account is in fact a 1 month trial account and he instead claimed the account will last 12 months when initially making the deal (https://ibb.co/GxCffWP).

All he does is attempt to pressure me into vouching (https://ibb.co/Pg9SPJr),
as well as attempting to pressure and intimidate me in dms in order for me to close the scam report.

The worth of the account is not above 0.18 USD as it is a trial account. (https://ibb.co/hWTj3nX)
Therefore, I am happy to give the account back, but that is not the issue in my eyes, the real issue is that he is obviously scamming,
(and also wants to sell this account again)
by attempting to gaslight people into believing the account will last 12 months, (which it won't)
and pressuring for a vouch despite the customer having no proof of the account even actually lasting that long whatsoever,
I appeal for (atleast) adding DWC to his profile (and removing his sales thread).


Lastly, as One_Day has liked to repeat this numerous times now, calling me a "leecher",
what the purpose of this account is has nothing to do with this deal dispute and is therefore of no substance in this case whatsoever.
By doing this, One_Day blatantly tries to shift me into a negative light, however I simply don't wish this to be associated with my 'main' account.
