Pretty much i bought from this guy 25 gb data center proxies the only way to check bandwidth usage is to message him ...
okay so i check 500 k line with his proxies and i asked him to check how much i used , he told me only 5 gb 

alright next day i check 1 m line , he told me i used all my bandwidth   , the highest usage would have been 12 gb let say 15 gb i would still have at least 5 gb left

little digging i found out this guy banned on other forums for same reason

Anyone can respond to a ban appeal. Also there is no proof that you only checked 1M. You didn't give me any proof of that and only blocked me. Very unprofessional of you, you bought the proxies, you got them. Our proxy isn't 100k per GB it very depends on what you're checking. Thanks, please don't talk nonsense without proof!

You didn't even message us to fix your problem, I could just added more GB but you resisted and left the server. All proxy works different ways, for example our proxy drains 25k per GB in Minecraft. Never tested LoL but I knew it works. You never gave proof of checks or anything. Can't help you... Waiting for an admin without sending proof is just wasting our + admins time.

You need to give the proof instantly for the admin to check it. Not wait for him smh.

I do not even use N.TO and I don't know why I am banned on there and tbh I don't care. I never sold my combos or proxies on there so there is no proof regarding that.

That was an alt shop that I disbanded longs ago, and somebody found it and bought from it and the account didn't work, I am always on C.TO and never on N.TO I was on there to only advertise. Also I told my "slave" to stop replying. Replying to anyone's Scam Report isn't against the rules. Look for example at DataTouch scam report, there is litteraly 6 pages of people talking. Get your brain out.
Why bother making a scam report, when you don't give any proof? That won't help your situation. 

Also we are working on making the GB show for everyone to stop this bullshit. It's not easy as you think.
