Scam report against @Pikapyy 52.5$

Additional Information:

I have been buying azure accounts (with $200 credit trial) from @Pikapyy since last month, bought several accounts from him in the beginning and everything was working fine with the exception of one account which got it's subscription disabled but he quickly replaced.

Until 2 weeks ago, I bought 5 accounts from him  (4 / 2 / 2022), worked fine for some days and I decided to buy another 5 a few days later (4 / 7 / 2022), unfortunately next day the 5 accounts I bought on 4 / 2 / 2022 got disabled though the last 5 accounts were fine. Though he replaced the 5 accounts.

Fast forward to today 4/ 12/ 2022, Im back home to find that 7 of the 10 accounts in total got the subscription (trial) disabled with the following error showing on all 7 accounts; "We've identified suspicious activity in this subscription. To protect your account, we've disabled the subscription..." https://i.imgur.com/cxuQt2l.png.

Obviously after verifying this on all accounts I messaged @Pikapyy on discord about the issue but unfortunately he has been reselling these accounts from a guy and the guy who he bought from refuses to replace them for him so he can replace my accounts.

Being told this, I requested a refund or a replacement from @Pikapyy directly as he is the guy I have been buying the accounts from and he is the responsible for this deal. But he refuses both saying he does not give warranty on accounts and only on RDPs. (As far as I know, terms of service are not counted on scam reports unless there was an agreement upon them, which there wasn't, as I was unaware of such terms and only learnt about it today).

This is the unfortunate part when reselling. As bad as I feel, I will have to ask for my money back as im only involved with @Pikapyy and after all he is responsible for the deal.

He was know about the warranty. He was opened a ticket about buying azure accounts in my server (https://discord.gg/QYy7rHfMfV) and we're taking transcripts of the tickets. In the transcript he says that he readed the announcements channel about azure account sale (https://imgur.com/a/rAaGyKR). In the announcement channel, there have only 1 message that related to selling azure accounts (https://imgur.com/a/JJ2WJbe) and i said there no warranty for azure accounts. I've bought over 50 accounts from my seller (He has all the transcripts of sales that i bought accounts from him.) and that suspend thing happens most of his accounts, my accounts works fine. I sold him 5 accounts at 04/02/2022. He dmed me that  he was want 5 more accounts from me (04/06/2022). I ordered 7 accounts and gave him 5, kept the 2 for myself. After a while he dmed me about his 10 accounts got disabled. I checked them and last 5 accounts that i sold was working fine (04/06/2022). After talk about it with seller (https://imgur.com/a/ZYqvDNi, https://imgur.com/a/z35YOWb) I did him a replacement although we dont even giving warranty on them (replaced accounts that sold at 04/02/2022). Today (04/13/2022) he dmed me about his 7 accounts termed out of 10 (04/02/2022 Replaced accounts+04/06/2022 Sold accounts and weirdest thing is his other 3 accounts works fine.) and he want a replacement or refund. He told https://imgur.com/a/gir1eC2 (Talks about fresh ip, bins etc...). My seller have everything as transcript (Even created IP). I told him its not about us, its user-based suspend because my accounts still works fine (I would give more information about that if needed, like confirm of my accounts  works).

Most of the arguments you have used here have either been mentioned by me on the original thread or are totally irrelevant which somehow distance this scam report from the main point.

1. I had made a ticket on your server but you refused to sell me azure accounts together with your partner and closed the ticket. Later, you saw my thread on c.io and added me on discord (thinking im someone else) and asked me if im interested in azure, so the deal was outside of your discord server and you never mentioned any warranty on our DMs. I'd also like to add here that your own terms of service do not apply here (on this scam report or cracked.to).

2. Im kind of interested to know how you use "some accounts work for me therefore it has to work for you" argument, it literally does not make any sense and you cannot prove anything with it. It is not related to my issue at all.

3. You go on to talk about your purchase history with your reseller, and how many accounts you bought from him, which again is just useless information you are inputing without value here. That's your personal experience and unrelated to my cause.

4. You repeat the same things that I have mentioned on my thread regarding to our deals in the past, hence I also see you repeating them useless and no value to opposing my arguments.

5. Now we'll focus here, you say that today I messaged you regarding to 7 accounts being disabled and only 3 working, which is also what I said on the thread. But what makes me giggle is how 3 accounts not being disabled is weird to you? Sorry, but im pretty sure that just proves the issue is not on my side, otherwise they also would have been suspended.

6. Again, using the "some accounts I bought from the seller work for me therefore they work for you" as an argument or evidence to this scam report. Im pretty sure anyone reading this can agree that this does not prove anything and doesn't make sense.

7. You refusing to replace because you believe the issue is user based should come with evidences and not poorly written arguments. So, I'd like real evidence that supports your claim. And I dont see any evidence except of "my accounts work", which is quite irrelevant. I dont want to be offensive but there is a lot of words that could explain how dumb that argument is.

Half of your response is talking about history with the seller and with me (already mentioned by me) and half how your accounts work (which does not have anything to do with my accounts not working).

Would also like to add that anyone that I have not dealt with should not be involved into this scam report or he will get warned. Keep your conversations with your seller somewhere else as I have not dealt with him but you only.

1. Yeah i didnt talk about warranty in dms because u was already know that we dont giving warrantys. After i added and dmed you, you just remembered me and where i am from (https://imgur.com/a/em7Z8em BlackRDP, which server that u was made a ticket.).

2. There have user-based suspend reasons. Like Bad IP (Using the all of accounts from 1IP), Mining, Port scanning, Running the rdp with high cpu for days. If my accounts not getting suspended and your getting suspended that means you're doing something wrong while using the accounts.

3. I proving that i bought your accounts and gave you. I've sold over 50+ RDPs in azures (that means 30+ azure accounts) and the suspend rate is 3/50, however all of your accounts getting termed, isn't that sus? I've asked you what you're doing in rdps for dedicing the suspend reason, but u just said "i have a personal project which im running atm with the help of my friend, kind of complicated but yeah" (https://imgur.com/a/z6jmnaI) and fudge me. Isn't 10 RDPs much for a personal project which is complicated? 7 x 4 cores = 28 cores 7 x 32 gb ram = 224GB Ram...

4. I just describing the whole thread from my point of view.

5. All of your accounts created at the same time and proccess wasnt different from others. Why your 3 accounts still works but 7 accounts not works? All of them made same processes.

6. On my accounts nothing different from your accounts, both created from same person, both clean IPs, both fresh OTP numbers to verify, both clean VCCs... There must be a reason for your accounts getting suspended.

7. Thats my not first time selling azure accounts. We can ask my other customers too if you want :)

Hey,
Writing to confirm that I'm indeed the seller and creator of the Azure accounts provided to @Pikapyy , been making them since 18-03-21 (over 650 accounts made), allowing me to learn a lot of quirks about Azure. Despite that, rarely, accounts do get disabled, in which case I check them for discrepancies to find out what got them disabled, if I cannot find anything out of the ordinary I replace the account in regards of good customer service, although I offer only one day warranty to prevent abuse, which happened in the past, especially with people mining on them.
In this case the first five disabled accounts, got suspended all at the same time, which never happens unless they were linked, and Azure's system detected that, and judging from the quantities and looks probably were doing the same task on the RDPs created, which is either way against Azure's TOS. Whilst accounts created in the same timeframe or "batch" provided to @Pikapyy and other customers are still active. Being skeptical, I agreed to replace, although I knew that this isn't a coincidence.
Forward a couple of days and the same thing happens, all accounts used by Danger were disabled at the same time.

My opinion being that he either used the same IP on all the accounts or had prohibited activities on his RDPs (mining, networking, etc), but I cannot confirm any of them, which comes back to the warranty "abuse" situations I had before. Although I always provide a list of DOs and DON'Ts for new customers.

Referencing to the "Talks about fresh ip, bins etc...", every account is made with a different, one time used IP, and same goes for the phone number. I don't use "bins" (even though most of them are PrePaid, which is not supported by Azure) and own every cc added, as well different for every account and one time used. Everything being semi automated by a self made script using US which is a custom (undetected) wrapper for the Selenium Chrome driver, which ensures consistency.

Referencing to ""some accounts work for me therefore it has to work for you" argument", I keep track of every account created and most important details associated which allows me to see patterns, which I observed in this situation. Although, it is indeed weird about the three still active accounts in the possession of Danger, which I can only assume that he's done something different.

Referencing to "you believe the issue is user based should come with evidences", that's a valid point, I can only speak from my experience, my customers' experience and current observations, which, first, myself, I've never managed to get the accounts for my personal use disabled (usually hosting Minecraft or Web server), second, @DratLoodi which had been using Azure RDPs provided by me with no issues (he's the only one I know has an account on this forum, also he is my friend but I don't know him personally and we just have a friendly relationship), and third, I don't think, you, @Danger , don't have any evidence of the accounts being faulty, or their short lifespan not being caused by you.

I'm always trying to provide the best for my customers, but in this case I think @Danger is in the wrong. Sorry for both of you being involved in this.

1. Stop trying to make it seem like I have bought the accounts which you have posted on the "announcements". I literally joined the server a 3 weeks after. And you literally were asking $10, then dropped it to $8 then to $7.5 for an account and not $7 like you posted on your announcements. Clearly we made a different deal on private message and you even had to talk to your partner to set a price, and that shows there was no relation between that post on your announcements and the accounts you sold me, as mine were a different story on its own.. And I did not even buy on that server as you refused to sell me there, you DMed me on discord after reading my cracked.to thread, no relation to warranties at all.

2. I dont care about what you have got to say, do you have any evidence for your claims? Give me proof that the issue is because of me? False accusations again and again, no evidence being shown. How pity.

3. Again, I dont want to fucking hear how many accounts you bought from that guy or random shit that is unrelated. I only care about my accounts and that's it. Also the amount of accounts I bought from you do not matter to you, you very well were happy to sell them to me, otherwise you should have stopped selling them to me, which you didn't. I needed the accounts for personal project and that's it, it's none of your business to know about my personal projects and my private life. Literally, fuck off with that shit. If you want to accuse me of something then show evidences. Dont be lame.

5. You can make a lot of shit up and there is no way for me to know. I also have to make you that same question; why are 7 accounts suspended and 3 still there? If the issue was because of me, then all of them should have been suspended? If you are going to accuse me, provide proof, otherwise we're on a dead end.

6. I dont care how you created the accounts, all I care is about them being suspended. You take care of that, as clearly the error states there is an issue with the subscription, which I am not the one to have registered it.

7. I dont care how long you sold azure and it doesnt matter here. You either speak with proof or refund me the amount for 7 accounts which were suspended because azure was suspicious about the subscribtion, which you have registered. (or your reseller, but im not involved with him and I bought the accounts from you, so Im requesting the money back from you.)

This is what azure says when I checked the subscription on the website, it says there was something suspicious with the subscription, maybe you billed it illegally? That's your problem.;

It is against the rules to get involved in a scam report which you are not involved in. You will get warned and if you keep breaking this rule you will be banned. I have informed the staff about this.

It's not against rules for me to post in this scam report as I'm directly involved in this situation (you can read up on the rules later), also @Pikapyy asked me to tell my view on this matter.

Everything I provided is an indirect evidence, as I cannot login into your RDP and check what you're doing without your permission, for all I know you can be hosting child materials for your "personal project". Whilst you haven't provided any evidence, direct or indirect, to confirm that the accounts are faulty, or that you are not doing illegal activities with the RDPs. Moreover, regarding "something suspicious with the subscription, maybe you billed it illegally", one, if billing were to be the issue it will say that billing has a issue as a warning (also it's a Trial account so there is no billing involved), and two, if the account is left unused it wouldn't get disabled as there is no activity on it, meaning it wouldn't get disabled.

By your logic, every account being sold on this forum can be disabled/closed/deleted by just contacting the support of that service, and then later complain about having issues with the account, and should that be replaced?

I wonder how you managed to gain so much positive reputation with that attitude, absolutely deplorable way of treating someone you disagree with.
