Let me clarify. You asked for Speedify in compensation for the 2 year old Netflix upgrade, which RexGuard needed my approval for, then I accepted, you were given the program. I don’t know what you’re trying to achieve here. The thing you mentioned regarding the Spotify isabsolutely not true, we have numerous countries in stock and you have a problem with the Spotify then make a ticket and you can receive US and UK.

The original purchase was 2x Spotify Premium Lifetime Upgrade and Lifetime Warranty Netflix. Instead it was replaced with Speedify (outdated nitro sniper which nick admits himself)

I personally just find it ridiculous that the replacement for $20 Netflix which has been put up to $50 was a $15 Speedify Key (which they sell for $25 and admit the site is outdated) As his TOS states that 'Contacting any kind of support on the websites we advertise on or leaving any kind of negative feedback is considered that a support case has been solved and closed without a satisfactory result and no additional support may be provided, furthermore a blacklist from our store may be issued'

In the ticket nick is clearly pinged for confirmation, however you can see Pitcher responds saying he can replace one Spotify despite me saying that two are dead (in a different ticket that was closed on me) but one died a while ago. Another reason why I would like a refund and NOT a replacement is the overall shite support and attitude from the owner, basically forcing me to take the spotify keys. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/9...nknown.png

Sorry if this was worded badly I apologise or if I have missed anything out please let me know.

Please may you provide the full ticket logs of me asking for speedify as that isn't what was specified, I was told that speedify was the only alternative. It would be nice if you would stop dm'ing and forcing stuff upon me.

You already took and redeemed your compensation of the Netflix which you requested, and there’s no reason to have to refund the Spotify as I have to brand new upgrades for you.

You bought those new keys despite me even asking as the screenshots show it was practically forced upon me, if i really wanted them I would've gone on kingupgrader.cc

I think it’s very clear that once you purchase something, we don’t offer refunds just because you don’t want it anymore. You even said yourself you haven’t used the Spotify key I provided, regardless you’ve paid for it and I purchased 2 new upgrades for you because you were requesting the Spotify replacement in the ticket. So I’m waiting for you so we can get this over with.
Two spotify lifetime will work, however just know that there will be no more future deals between us, the service you provide is appauling. Also that DWC is gonna be a pain.
