Additional Information:
I needed a Switzerland number for whatsapp berification. The website showed it has them readily available for 6.02$, and I reloaded 7$ balance on the website. But when I tried to buy it, showed error and it was gone. I never activated any number, and I don’t have any use of that balance. I asked for a refund and @Pixell declined.

His TOS says once I purchase and ACTIVATE a number, no refunds can be made. Only I didn’t activate any numbers. Only loaded balance.
Crypto address for a refund: will give once the issue is resolved.

Our numbers availability is updated every minute. Its possible there was a number available then someone just bought it before you. We are not listing services where the numbers not available. 
I can still recommend to wait a day or try another country. There is no way we able to refund because of this reason because our stock updating every minutes.  We wrote about this problem in our FAQ, and  we wrote
what should you do in this case.

I literally didn’t even use the available fund. Why can’t you just deduct the balance or delete the account and refund the money? I can’t wait a day or two, and I haven’t bought anything with the store credit.

After the top up we are not able to refund your money. Also your crypto confirmation took like 10-15 mins, it means our numbers availability updated like 10-15 times in this time intervall.  You can use your balance anytime if you want, but im really sorry there is no refund bc of this reason.

Bottom line is: I paid for a service. And I didn’t get the service. Your TOS specifically says no refund is possible AFTER activating a number. I never activated a number.
