Additional Information: It's been over 2 weeks since i've been talking to him and it's been a long while since I've paid him, I can send the proof of payment to the mods/admins if needed, but basically he told me he would give me the finished work within 1-2 days since it isn't resourceful to spend more time than that on a gfx for a customer, but he has been delaying and ghosting me after providing me half completed work that I didn't like. He's told me multiple times that it won't take that long, "will do it by the end of the day" yadayadayada, but has never followed his words. I am simply not interested in the gfx from his side anymore as I have already paid someone else to do it for me 2 days ago.

I am not satisfied with his work at all, and I don't want to use his service anymore, i'd like a refund of my full payment asap.

First of all, you completing the GFX yourself without any inputs from the customer doesn't mean you "completed" the design. First of all, you being so confident and stating that my design won't take more than a few hours has just gone outside the window.
Second, I don't like the first slide out of the 2 slides of the GFX you provided, so it basically means it's not up to the mark.
Thirdly, the requests I have made are completely appropriate? I asked you to add a slide with the payment methods, since it was for my service? Why are you thinking you could charge more for that? That comes free with the GFX like what? Who would want to make a GFX about their product and not list the payment methods you take for it? If that's too much work for you, maybe don't do GFX on here.
Lastly, this isn't your first Scam report you're going through because you fail to deliver your products on time and ghost people. I know you got my message and you've just been ignoring it until I opened up a report about you.

I don't require you to finish the half-done GFX anymore, I'll need my money back. Thanks.

As you can see from the screenshots above, all I received before being pushed to pay him his money, was a static image of the 2nd slide, and the cover animation for the Banner was not even according to the specifications I had provided.

All the time, I was being forced to pay, before I could even see the rendered animation part of the GFX which is the main thing I'm paying for. Otherwise the static banner I can make myself...

Even before I paid the money he took around 3 days to fully finish the rendering of HIS interpretation of my request 

I wasn't even given a chance to talk about the animation itself because of his attitude: SS5 SS6 SS7

There's so many things wrong at so many points with his service and his part of customer satisfaction, this is just overall a bad business practice.

Really isn't, it has not been made as per my instructions and directions. I am not happy with the way it turned out. You can't just make an animation which half-fullfills the request of the customer and call it Completed.

PLEASE send me the screenshots where you said it'll affect the overall design and quality of the GFX that I'm getting. Negotiation is a part of any deal made anywhere and it's upto the seller to agree or disagree, if they want to provide their services at a price agreed upon by both parties. If you agree to a price for a banner, I expect you to give me a high quality banner for what Im paying for. Just because I negotiated $10 with you doesn't mean you're gonna deprecate the quality and the art on the banner I'm receiving without informing me either, that's just bad business practice.

You are actually so funny. If negotiating and asking for improvements in a gfx banner is blackmailing you, even having sent the money after, please just work on understanding what the person is trying to actually convey, and your job as a gfx artist is to make a banner upto my requests, you're nobody to twist my vision on the banner that I requested and paid for and make your version of it and call it completed, without conveying any caveats or requests from your side.

I am once again making this clear for the moderator and everyone viewing this. I was never even once told that negotiation of price would lead to lower work quality and overall half-fulfilled request. I would not have ever moved on with the GFX in that case. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of work, and not half of my requirements listed before paying him were fulfilled. I stand by my decision to receive a refund for the waste of my time ( 2+ weeks for 1 gfx  ) and money.
