First I asked you 2 questions one is whether I have a lifetime warranty for the account you answered yes to and the second is if I can't change the HWID will I get my money back to which you answered yes again. And secondly you are literally trying to convince me that the account is still in me as it is not and I showed that someone tried to change the password 9 days ago also now I will show you how easy it is to return an account in aimware because I checked the forum you just need Username,PayPal transaction ID,Last email.http://prntscr.com/vhpg2f (arpac is one of the super moderators of aimware) even I didn't know until 2 days ago that the account could be returned so easily.
Аnd I also want to add that I checked our conversation again and nowhere did you write that the warranty is only for the HWID as you claim you said.
If u look at what i said, I never offered lifetime warranty for the account, I said yes on warranty of your money in case the HWID failed, which you can see because u were complaining about the HWID reset, so i answer, I would never offer lifetime warranty for a hacked account, it makes no sense, also its not my fault that u just learnt it was so easy to recover the account you knew better than me this topic of an account. I'm sorry that you may or may have not lost the account, but i cannot refund something over 1 month. Never gave warranty especially lifetime on such a hacked account, either specified on which, which is my fault but still i thought u had understood it was for the HWID reset since we filled 20 pages of chatting talking about it.

I will repeat that I asked you these 2 questions which are whether I have a lifetime warranty for THE ACCOUNT and whether if I can not change the HWID whether I will get my money. You answered both questions with yes (as can be seen in the screenshots or video I provided in the scam report) it means that if something happens to the account I will get my money back and at this moment you are trying to get away with the excuse that you said it about something else or you didn't say it. I think it's time to stop repeating the same things and wasting time and just let the administrators decide if in this case, I should get my money or not.

I repeat that nowhere in the conversation did you write that the lifetime warranty is only for the HWID reset. Besides, everything you say literally doesn't make sense, at least in my opinion you tell me that I have a lifetime warranty for the account and then you justify yourself in the scam report by saying that my warranty was only related to the HWID after you didn't explain that anywhere in the conversation.

I don't think this is going anywhere let staff inspect https://streamable.com/03cnulhttps://imgur.com/gallery/a6XTWuO , its been over 1 month, lifetime warranty was if HWID reset failed, i never said about the account, it was self explanatory since IT WAS A HACKED ACCOUNT, as seen on chats you could understand, I understand you want ur money so you spit a bit nonsense but let the staff decide.(because u didnt use the account for 1 month doesnt mean its my fault that u never got to the HWID reset part )

I think it makes sense to want my money since I don't have access to the account you said I had a lifetime warranty on.
How do you expect me not to ask for money for something I haven't used and even lost. and I remember that you told me something like that the subscription was purchased in 2018 and there will be no problem with the account. after my check, I noticed that the subscription was purchased in 2020 and I do not believe that the person does not look for the account for which he paid a few months ago quite a large amount. I never said it was your fault, I'm just saying that once I have a lifetime warranty, it means that if anything happens to the account, you have to give me a new account or refund my money.
