Also @Liars I have had a lot of MM deals with you, even for proxy for which I agreed for 50% on delivery and 50% after 10 days, we also had 24-48 hours issue with that client as well, you run a proxy service so you understand its common, but I fixed it, its not like the service isn't working or I didn't delivered. You can learn it from his screenshots. Kindly have a good and correct verdict. I don't think I am at wrong here, it has been 5 days since the proxy been active and working on his target, its not my fault that he wants 2x the CPM now! I delivered at the cheapest possible price, also made sure his target worked by getting more suitable IP range when he requested. Kindly read the Chat Logs - if he did edit/delete those I have copies of the chatlogs aswell!

Already 16th Tested and worked / delivered and used, gave compliments + said proxies were slower then his current provider but he could not blame as its much cheaper then his current provider, package EGG, wanted a change [only EU IP rather then MIX] and I stopped the current mix range and deployed the new and went offline, although, the new didn't worked for 5-6 hours on his target, but did worked as proxies, were working on CURL -K PROXY "HOST" "TARGET" GAVE POSITIVE 200 RESULT, as it would - EU range as asked by buyer)
17th I worked on the target and made it compatible and sent him and worked with 600-800 CPM. 18th Updated the post and proxies still worked with same 600-800 CPM range as brought package. Had bump in speed depending on IP availability. 19th Still Proxy working and is working with his target if you are wondering. He has given screenshot of it working. Now his issue is its slower then his current provider so he doesn't want it anymore but on 16 he said 800CPM is good because it was still cheaper then his current provider. 20th Proxies still working on his target, user says CPM is 600 / made another user test as well to confirm and user sent screenshot himself too. 21th Proxies still working on his target, user says CPM is 600. 22th Proxies still working on his target, user says CPM is 600, proxies will expire on due as its working. I would agree to provide 3 days more but user had a very bad attitude towards me with negative review on my profile and made it seem as it was my fault although I always wanted to help any customer in need to get good review in exchange. If a staff could decide.

Update : User subscription has been provided and handled for 7 Full days + 1 Day (as repercussion), provided user the service, and was active and usable on his target.
There is no fix guarantee of a Proxy to work on someone's desired speed. The proxy was not working at 10-20 CPM (can be called as un-usable) but rather 600-800 Checks Per Minute at 150-200 Threads on Silver Bullet. On OpenBullet abit more around 900-1K+ as tested. As a professional service provider, it was my duty to have the proxy working on customer target, although I am not bound (as it was already working on other targets) to provide fix on certain targets, I did as a professional courtesy. Unlike the user, I stayed professional until the very last of our conversation and tried to be professional as much as possible. Every 100th customer, we always find and are forced to deal with that one customer who has small issues in-between every properties of a product. The product worked as advertised, we went in a few extra miles to make sure their target works, and ensured test, took screenshots and delivery at the same. The product was purchased for 1 week and subscription covered a total of 9 days, 7 on exact, 1 as extra (which we took to fill in his test and 1 day which user claimed to not work with his target). I have fulfilled my duty. Kindly do read the above messages as well to find the important bits of this dispute as well. Let me know if anything else is required from my side, but kindly have a unbiased justice - I have done a lot, fixed and solved user issue instead of complaining, trying to invoke TOS to not make the client product work and further this and that.
