Additional Information: At first we agreed on 20 accounts (he told me 0.04 per account for google reviews I kept insisting are you sure of that ? I will ask for a refund if one of those accounts don't work and he didn't refuse) I gave him 4$ and told him I'll give him the other 4$ if everything went smooth They were all non working (review can't be submitted ) he gave me second list which was full of working accounts but some were repeated and some were disabled and restricted finally I received 8 accounts working for google reviews he told me that he won't give me the rest until I pay him 4$ to make it 20 accounts. I paid him and since then he kept giving non working accounts disabled and restricted and some don't have even recovery mail linked to it. the total of working account became 9 (I find a working account in his extra lists) so I told him finally I am done I just want my 4$ back that's it . he told me that he can't refund less than 10$, i told him that's not my problem he decided to make me pay him 6$ at first then refund me 10$ then somehow he cancelled this deal and told me he'll refund to my adress and after two minutes he deleted the chat and was not responding since then.
