Additional Information:

Paid for a 30€ account to use, wanted to move some crypto to a bank account,
when I placed the money on binance, I was unable to get the bank confirmed so i tried to pull my money back via BTC,
and the account got locked (Asking for face verification).
Seller excuses is "I gave no warranty" but didnt warned me about any risk when sold me the account.
He isnt trying anything to get it restored so I just lost my money.
Want this bitch banned obviously.

Fucking retard it didn't failed cashing out, I just didn't managed to get the bank verified, Wich didn't locked it as it wasn't an imposed step.
As a seller you have to fucking warn of the risks of a service, you are responsible for the damages due to your lack of warnings regarding the uses of the account.
