Additional Information: sorry it's in french but it's easy to understand the scenario. So basically i needed 2euro paypal so i asked him if we can exchange btc(me) paypal(him),
he said okay. then when the transaction is confirmed he said that he didn't receive the money. i'm chocked cuz he is lying about 2euros tbh i don't even care about the money i'm just struck how dumb people can be.

In the conversation the user do not gives the bitcoin time to arrive when he cry the scam
He know i'm on the forum and threatened me with a scam report the moment i say to him there was a problem with the transaction.
I have no more time to waste for his two euros or for this user. I did not receive anything I think I have the right to tell him that the agreement with him no longer holds.

you know that we can see all transactions in blockchain
the address you sent him is a completely new one and it was the first transaction ever made using it

also how should it be possible to completely simulate a payment 
you would have to be the person mining every block for ever so it works

and you don't have to distract from the topic with the ebook he sold the topic of this is a scam report against you not what he does. what he does can be reported to staff by you, but don't use this thread.

bruh you don't understand. you sent him a bitcoin address to send the money to. he did. it is confirmed 26 times which is a decent amount of confirmations. you can't just say "my coinbase does not show it". you sent him the address he sent the money. now it is your responsobility to complete your part. this is not the problem of the buyer, it is your problem.
